Safety Dog Leash – Release of Liability, and Waiver

Activity: By purchasing the Safety Dog Leash attachment and using it under any condition or conditions, not limited to walking, jogging or attaching to any object, I agree to this waiver and release of all liability, as the buyer, and understand, as the buyer, where I possibly allow, from time to time, any other individual or individuals I allow to use the Safety Dog Leash, hereby agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that any use of the Safety Dog Leash and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of accidents, injury, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks on the use of said leash attachment.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Safety Dog Leash, its owners, employees, instructors, agents, and volunteers, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by myself and other that may use the attachment while participating in any and all activities where the attachment is being used whether attached to a wrist, any body part, or any object. I understand the attachment’s use for any size dog, especially any dog over 40 pounds, is subject to consideration of the person wearing the attachment on their person, and is based on their strength and physical abilities.

Waiver of Claims: I hereby waive any and all claims that I or the person I may allow to use the attachment may have against Safety Dog Leash for any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained to the person while participating in dog related activities.

Medical Treatment: I understand and I agree to be responsible for any and all costs associated with such injury and subsequent treatment.
Understanding and Agreement: I have carefully read this Release of Liability and Waiver, and I fully understand its contents. By purchasing this Safety Dog Leash attachment, I am agreeing to every item in this document voluntarily and with full knowledge of its legal significance.

Sever-ability: If any provision of this Release of Liability and Waiver is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Governing Law: This Release of Liability and Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
