Safety Dog Leash – Release of Liability, and Waiver

By purchasing and using the Safety Dog Leash attachment, under any condition including but not limited to walking, jogging, or attaching it to any object, I agree to this waiver and release of liability. This applies to myself as the buyer, and to any other individual I permit to use the attachment.

Assumption of Risk. I understand that use of the Safety Dog Leash involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injury, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

Release of Liability. I release, discharge, and hold harmless Safety Dog Leash, its owners, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from loss, damage, or injury, including death, sustained by myself or anyone I allow to use the attachment, whether it is worn on the wrist, another body part, or attached to an object.
Dog Size and User Capability. I understand that suitability of the attachment, particularly for dogs over 40 pounds, depends on the strength and physical ability of the person wearing it, and that this is my responsibility to assess before use.

Waiver of Claims. I waive any claims I, or anyone I allow to use the attachment, may have against Safety Dog Leash for loss, damage, or injury, including death, arising from its use.

Medical Treatment. I am responsible for any costs associated with injury and subsequent treatment.

Acknowledgment. I have read and understood this Release of Liability and Waiver, and by purchasing the attachment I agree to it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its legal significance.

Severability. If any provision of this waiver is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law. This waiver is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California.
